On Tuesday, April 25th, Acton’s Annual Town Election was held, and 13.7% of registered voters cast a ballot at the polls or via mail. Polls were open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the RJ Grey Junior High School on Charter Road, and 2188 voters elected Jo-Ann Berry, incumbent, as Town Moderator, James (Jim) Snyder-Grant, incumbent, and Alissa Nicol to the Select Board, and Victoria (Tori) Campbell, Leela Ramachandran, and Yanxin Schmidt to the School Committee. Thomas (Tom) Lemire was elected for a 3 year term on the Memorial Library Board of Trustees and Eric Schlesinger was elected for a 1 year term. William Stanford was re-elected as Water District clerk, and Stephen Stuntz was re-elected Water District Commissioner.
