High School Quiz Show live taping

Acton-Boxborough Regional High School (ABRHS) is fielding one of 17 teams that will be competing in the 16th season of High School Quiz Show, GBH’s academic tournament for Massachusetts high school students. The show, which is hosted by Joe Hanson, will showcase the academic talent of students from across the Commonwealth, providing a platform for them to demonstrate their knowledge across various subjects like math, history, and science. Season 16 of High School Quiz Show will be filmed on Jan. 24-26 and Feb. 2.

Members of the public are invited to attend the live tapings at the GBH Studios in Brighton. Acton-Boxborough’s first match is on Sunday, January 26.

Season 16 premieres with a Wild Card match between Deerfield Academy and Milton Academy on Saturday, Feb. 8 at 6 p.m. ET on GBH 2 and the High School Quiz Show YouTube channel. New episodes will air each Saturday through May 17.
