Acton Council on Aging (COA) - It took the recent COVID pandemic to make us all aware of how detrimental loneliness can be to our physical and emotional well-being. It may be argued that one good thing to come out of the pandemic is that we are more willing to talk about our feelings of loneliness, giving us a chance to develop ways to reduce it.
