Along with the Acton Libraries Teen Advisory Group, spend an afternoon with the Acton Sustainability Office to remove invasive plants from our parks around town. Walk the trails in Acton’s conservation areas with the goal of earning a sticker and a sew-on patch! These weekly walks are a joint effort between Acton Conservation Trust and Acton Conservation Division. We’ll walk a different conservation area weekly, on Wednesdays from April 9 to June 11. The location of each hike will be sent out each Sunday before the walk. Once registered, you can join us whenever it suits you. REGISTER HERE

Every year, area senior citizens are welcomed to a special conference hosted by our district’s State Senator. The 44th Senior Conference will include entertainment, food and raffle prizes. The Senior Conference is intended to provide seniors with a day of useful information, entertainment and educational workshops from expert guest speakers on topics including aging well, planning for your future, and resources for caregivers and family members. Some plants range from easily being pulled from the ground to removing with tools like shovels and pruners. Please review what to bring below! Any children must be supervised by an adult!
