What’s better than good food and great conversation? Join the AB United Way’s Mental Wellness Team for a panel discussion over shared appetizers and desserts —because nourishment is about more than just food!

We’ll start with a community potluck, sharing dishes made with love. Then, we’ll dive into an engaging discussion on the impact of food on mind, body, and community.
